Pulse offers three plans designed to fit teams at every stage — from fast-moving startups to established enterprises running complex multi-team operations. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

Starter — $12 per user per month

The Starter plan is built for small teams that need a reliable, no-frills project management foundation. Everything you need to run projects effectively — nothing you don’t need yet.

  • Up to 25 team members
  • 5 GB file storage per workspace
  • Task assignment, due dates, and priority flags

Pro — $24 per user per month

The Pro plan is designed for growing teams that need deeper integrations, automation, and reporting capabilities. It’s the plan most teams move to when they outgrow the basics and need Pulse to handle more of the operational work for them.

Everything in Starter, plus:

  • Unlimited team members
  • 50 GB file storage per workspace
  • Automated time tracking with one-click timers
  • Workflow automation (up to 100 automation rules per workspace)
  • Sprint planning and velocity reporting
  • Custom fields and custom task statuses
  • Client guest access (up to 10 external guests per workspace)
  • Resource management and team capacity planning
  • Advanced reporting: burndown charts, cycle time, utilization reports

Pro is billed annually at $24 per user per month, or $29 per user per month on a monthly cycle. Teams that bill clients for time, run multiple concurrent projects, or need to report progress to stakeholders will find the Pro plan covers everything they need.

Enterprise — Custom pricing

The Enterprise plan is for organizations that need advanced security controls, dedicated support, custom onboarding, and the flexibility to configure Pulse to fit complex internal processes. Pricing is based on team size, required integrations, and support level — contact our sales team for a custom quote.

Everything in Pro, plus:

Enterprise contracts are available on annual or multi-year terms. Volume discounts apply for teams over 100 seats. Most Enterprise customers receive a custom implementation plan and are live within 2 weeks of signing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change plans after signing up?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Unused days on paid plans are credited toward your next invoice.

What counts as a user?
A user is any person with a full Pulse login who can create, assign, and manage tasks. Client guests on the Pro and Enterprise plans do not count toward your user total.

Is there a discount for nonprofits or educational institutions?
Yes. Registered nonprofits and accredited educational institutions are eligible for a 30% discount on Starter and Pro plans. Contact our team with proof of status to apply the discount.

What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. During that window you can export everything in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers.
